I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Paddington Station and Hyde Park, which made exploring London easy. The service from the staff was commendable, especially with Kevin, who was very attentive. However, the room was quite compact and noisy, and the breakfast options could have been better. Overall, while the stay had its highlights, there were some drawbacks that made it less ideal.
